Cunningham offers professionally installed chain drive, screw drive and belt drive garage door openers. Our trained technicians will even oil and adjust your existing door when they install an opener. You can count on the job being done right by a Cunningham employee. We never use sub-contractors. All of our 1/2 HP models come standard with a Lifetime Motor Warranty and a three-button transmitter (handy for garages with more than one door). All of our garage door openers come standard with three types of safety mechanisms and an anti-burglary rolling code transmitter. The frequency changes every time you open or close your door with the transmitter.

Our most popular option is a keyless entry. This accessory enables you to open your garage door without using a key or a transmitter. Simply punch in a code of your own choosing to raise and lower the door. You can easily change the code or even add an additional temporary code in a matter of seconds! This feature allows you to leave the house without carrying your house key or transmitter.
